Every AENEA piece travels to you via express courier—because exceptional jewellery deserves exceptional care in transit.

Delivery: Complimentary on all orders
Timeframe: 3 working days within Europe
Special Orders: May require additional time for our meticulous crafting process

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that choosing jewellery should feel effortless, which is why returns are completely complimentary.

Return Process:

  1. Print the Return Form
  2. We'll email your courier return label
  3. Arrange collection or drop at nearest courier location
  4. Refunds processed within 72 hours to original payment method

Return Window: 14 days from purchase date
Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with sales receipt


Return Exclusions

The following cannot be returned for obvious reasons:

  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order pieces
  • Earrings (hygiene and safety)
  • Items with removed security tags
  • Worn or altered items
