Returns & Exchanges
We understand that choosing jewellery should feel effortless, which is why returns are completely complimentary.
Return Process:
- Print the Return Form
- We'll email your courier return label
- Arrange collection or drop at nearest courier location
- Refunds processed within 72 hours to original payment method

Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with sales receipt
Return Exclusions
The following cannot be returned for obvious reasons:
- Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order pieces
- Earrings (hygiene and safety)
- Items with removed security tags
- Worn or altered items
