Delivery Times & Rates

All orders will be delivered by Express Courier.

Delivery charges are complimentary for all orders on aenea.com.

Please allow 3 working days for Delivery within Europe. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting [email protected]

Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the EU. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the EU contact us by email [email protected]

 

Return Policy and Packaging Information

AENEA GmbH offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply print out the Return Form and we will email you the Return Label of the Courier Service. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest Courier location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 72 hours of return. 

Alternatively merchandise will be accepted at the AENEA ATELIER @ Goldsmiths House, Goldgasse 15, 5020 Salzburg, Austria.

Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 14 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.

The following items are excluded from our refund policy and cannot be returned:

  1. Personalised items, bespoke items, customised items and items that have been made to order.
  2. Earrings, for safety and hygiene reasons.
  3. Items that have had their security tag removed.
  4. Items that have been worn or are not in the same condition as when they were shipped.
