Press Release: AENEA Fetes 2017 Salzburg Easter Festival

As the Salzburg Easter Festival celebrates its 50th jubilee in 2017, AENEA Jewellery is proud to again serve as a cooperation partner of this beloved annual musical event. AENEA will be on hand to greet friends and invite music lovers to enjoy not only great performances but also great rings, earrings, pendants, bangles and more.

At a booth in the Festival’s main venue, the Grosses Festspielhaus, AENEA will present new additions to its signature Sarpa Collection, featuring serpentine figures sculpted in gold, platinum or palladium and decorated with a rainbow of extraordinary gems like amethysts, tourmalines, rubies, sapphires and diamonds.

“Salzburg’s artistic heritage draws on a fertile mixture of German and Italian influences. You can feel it in the music, in the architecture and in the decorative arts. AENEA’s home is Salzburg, and our creations represent our quest to celebrate and renew this special European legacy,” said Costan Eghiazarian, co-founder and creative director.

The AENEA Atelier is situated in a 15th century goldsmiths house in the city’s historic old town.  Here, jewellery lovers will discover both irresistibly wearable pieces and rarefied, collectible creations.

AENEA designs combine contemporary Austrian flair with the utmost craftsmanship and exceptional stones, all made possible by its premier workshop and large gem-sourcing operation.

Named for the Greek verb ‘to praise’, AENEA is devoted to the celebration of life and love through the lasting pleasures of great jewellery.

Independent and family owned, AENEA is led by Costan Eghiazarian, co-founder and creative director, joined by partner

Birgit Tomka and their colleague Lidwine Clary und Aldringen.

The 2017 Salzburg Easter Festival, taking place April 8th-17th, is led by artistic director Christian Thielemann, principal conductor of the Staatskapelle Dresden, the event’s orchestra-in-residence. Guest ensembles will include the Vienna Philharmonic and Berlin Philharmonic.
